Felipe is a chef and bachelor in business administration (BBA), passionate about Colombian cuisine and its evolution through sustainable practices. He always seeks to develop transforming gastronomic and tourist business models, as well as building effective teams, based on human development and our philosophy of sustainability
Jose is chef, pastry chef and MBA, expert in academic training and food innovation processes. He develops and transforms ideas into efficient business models and enjoys participating in creative processes for menu and product design, always seeking to feature flavor combinations that amaze people.
Juan Manuel is a lawyer with experience in commercial law and passionate about sustainable tourism, biodiversity conservation and circular economy business models. He watches over the viability of businesses and provides solutions to management and legal challenges. He is driven by sustainable ecotourism projects, that integrate an economy of scale model with social impact.
